Prepping For Your Day

• A kickoff meeting to discuss vision, a final details meeting to discuss logistics, and additional meetings in between as needed

• Answers, advice, and support from your planner

• Aid in developing a budget that fits your needs—and sticking to it throughout the process

• Wedding day timeline management, including floor plan arrangement

• Event setup, takedown, and vendor point-of-contact management

• One hour of ceremony rehearsal coordination

• We will have you fill out a “Bridal Questionnaire” to let us know where you are in your process

• Checklist with items, descriptions, and quantities to bring the vision to life

• 3-4 planned meetings to ensure we are on track, ask questions, and get to know you better

  IN ADDITION, PARTIAL PLANNING INCLUDES YOUR CHOICE OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING

• Wedding Design: Using your inspiration photos and Pinterest boards, we craft a design concept that looks and feels authentically you. We’ll provide color palette guidance, attend a site visit with you, devise a layout, and prepare for potential issues on wedding day. Your day is professionally curated and beautifully executed.

• Vendor Sourcing and Contracting: We take care of the research so that you can take your free time back. Keeping your budget and style in mind, we custom source and contract up to three vendors from each of the following categories:

  • Catering

  • Florals

  • Photography

  • Entertainment

  • Cake

EVENT MANAGEMENT

Once the design process is completed, we will circle back up 60 days prior to wedding day and begin our Prosecco Package process
